Danish Security Fair 2025 reaches 100 exhibitors
Denmark's major trade fair for the security industry is experiencing growing pains, and when the fair is held for the fifth time in 2025, there will be more than 100 exhibitors represented in Hall C in Fredericia for the first time.
The exhibition halls in Fredericia will be packed when Exhibition C opens its doors for the Danish Security Fair 2025 on August 27-28 this year. Exhibitor number 100 has just announced its arrival, making the fair the largest so far, beating the previous record from 2023, when there were 93 exhibitors at the fair.
“Danish Security Fair is a trade fair that has grown from time to time, and it is a pleasure to take over from a trade fair team that has created a good tradition among both exhibitors and visitors of meeting every other year for a trade fair for the entire security industry,” says Kim Skovby Klindt, the new project manager at the fair. He continues: “It is clear to see that there is good support from the entire industry, and everyone is keen to create a professional trade fair with a focus on both networking and sales.”
A time of new threats and new opportunities
The security industry is in a very exciting time, with high demand for their services. There is increased focus on cybersecurity, and the implementation of the NIS2 directive is underway, critical infrastructure is facing stricter security requirements with the new CER directive, preparedness is more important than in many decades, and AI technology is storming forward with a wealth of both opportunities and threats.
"We are in the process of putting together a stage program for the fair, where we will cover all the topics that are relevant to the security industry today, and we will have visits to the stages by experts from all branches of the industry," says project manager, Kim Skovby Klindt.
Among those you can meet at the Danish Security Fair are:
- Jacob Herbst, chair of the Government's Cybersecurity Council
- Kasper Skov-Mikkelsen, Director of the Security Industry
- Anders Kjærulff, consultant in the Security Industry and leader of the project "Keep Cash"
And many more.
