The meeting facilities
Our meeting rooms are equipped with professional AV equipment and can accommodate 10-400 people.
Your event can be held either on 25 or 26 August 2027. We expect that your meeting will include time to visit the fair, and that we can inform you that you are holding the meeting in connection with the Danish Security Fair. We will be happy to provide contact information if any of our exhibiting companies could be relevant for a presentation or demo at your meeting.
We pay the room rent - you only pay for any catering and other additional purchases.

Danish Security Fair
FAIR C invites you to Danish Security — an inspiring and professionally strong fair with a focus on securing people, buildings, areas and data. At the fair, your members can gain knowledge about how to best secure their assets. From the fair stage, they will get researchers' suggestions on how we will use technologies in the future to protect against fire, theft, burglary, vandalism, espionage and terror.
The fair brings together manufacturers, wholesalers and consultants within the security industry and presents security options and products. The exhibition is complemented by a strong conference program focusing on the most current themes in the industry.
